That’s no problem you have 14 days to return 

Please email us at splashjewellery@outlook.com for details on how to return EXCLUDING all earrings due to strict health and safety reasons no refunds/returns can be made on these items.

 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

Items returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused with all original packaging and labels).

Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable for change of mind reasons.

You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.

All our Jewellery comes with a 90 day warranty please see our care guide on how to make sure you care for your jewellery to ensure longevity
